Panic! on the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band established out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is created from Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his early life loved one, Spencer Smiths (drums), together with their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
